• The minimum bet amount per event is ৳50 (fifty BDT).
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the specific event and market.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cashout option is available).
• If a market closes before an event begins, all related bets are automatically cancelled and the stake is refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded, subject to 4crickex's own policy.
• 4crickex reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error in odds calculation.
• Any evidence of match-fixing or unfair advantage will result in the cancellation of related bets and permanent account closure.

Odds can change rapidly during live betting. If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, 4crickex may offer the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

4crickex offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per person, device, and IP address.
• The required wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (generally 5–30 times the bonus amount).
• Only a portion of bets placed with bonus funds counts toward wagering requirements — this varies by game.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus amount will be automatically cancelled.
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the bonus terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 4crickex reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

4crickex reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances.

• For any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• If incorrect or false information is provided during registration.
• If multiple accounts are created.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or your security has been compromised.
• Upon request by the account holder themselves.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned; however, it may be forfeited in cases of fraudulent activity. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support@4crickex.bet.

• The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Complex disputes may require 7–14 business days for a full investigation.
• In all disputes, the final decision of 4crickex shall be considered binding.

4crickex reserves the right to correct or void any winnings resulting from a technical error or incorrect odds.

4crickex reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
